A collaboration shaped at the intersection of photography and digital craft.

This project began at Aséance—with the concept, the atmosphere, and the visual strategic intelligence, gathered through years of working with light, editorial composition, and mood-driven storytelling.

Instead of starting from a technical 3D model (as is typical in real estate CGI), the process started with a photographer’s POV: how the space should feel.

From there, CGI artist Olya Sartakova translated that emotional blueprint into fully realized renders, bringing technical precision and digital finesse to the creative direction set by Aséance. A final toning and editing layer was added by Aséance to match the intended mood.

The result is a suite of visuals that are functional and commercial—but also tactile, and emotionally coherent. A distinct alternative to the ubiquitous, monotone real estate aesthetic: images that feel lived-in, atmospheric, and totally intentional.
